Granite Ridge is a gated equestrian community located off of State Highway 71 in Spicewood Texas. Many of the properties in Granite Ridge are large enough to enable the acreage to have an Agricultural Valuation resulting in lower taxation rates. This Burnet County neighborhood is served by Marble Falls ISD.
